Call answered immediately
I called Vanguard as I did not have any gas to my cooktop. The call was answered immediately and Josh was able to come around that same day. He explained what needed to be done in terms I could understand. He carried out all the work quicky and efficiently and left the area so tidy it did not look like he had even been there. I have peace of mind knowing my needs were met. Highly recommend!

Invoiced w/ no surprises
Had Vanguard Plumbing and Gas install new water and drain lines in my laundry. Clean, tidy work and they explained what they were doing as they went. Quoted upfront and the final invoice matched exactly with no surprises. Would use them again without hesitation. Highly recommend the team!

Couldn't ask for more
Josh was great from the start. Called ahead to let us know when he was coming, was quick to diagnose the problem and had a fix started within 30 mins of arriving. Sorted the problem and left the area tidy and neat. Couldn’t ask for more from a leaky toilet job.

I called a few plumbers and literally heard back from no one until I called cam from vanguard plumbing and gas, he was very prompt of the phone he said he could solve the issue with my absorption pit, he came out and gave me three options which were all very useful and I ultimately went with his advice, Cam was really professional and I personally will use him again and can’t recommend him highly enough super professional and detailed
