Often, yes, but it depends what is causing it. Poor pressure at one outlet is usually a blocked aerator, a partly closed stop tap or a worn cartridge, all of which are quick. Pressure that drops across the whole house is a different question, and on the higher streets here it is worth measuring at the meter before anyone starts replacing things. We check that first so you are not paying for a guess.
